Background

Dr Seah was trained in plastic surgery at the Singapore General Hospital. He had further training in 1991 in microsurgical reconstruction at the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taipei on a Microsurgical Fellowship.

Dr Seah was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan Fellowship in 1992/93 and underwent advanced training in plastic surgery at the Department of Plastic Surgery, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston and at the Harbourview Medical Centre, Seattle.

Dr Seah was the President of the Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons in 2004-05. He is a Visiting Consultant to the Singapore General Hospital and had also held Visiting Consultant positions at the National Cancer Centre, Changi General Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

Dr Seah has special interest in Cosmetic Surgery of the face and body as well as the latest minimally invasive / non-invasive Aesthetic Medical treatments. Besides Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine, Dr Seah also has an active practice in reconstruction of the breast following mastectomy for breast cancer.

Dr Seah has published several papers in the Academy of Medicine and the Asian Journal of Surgery.
