Dr Low is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist practicing at the Gleneagles Medical Centre. After graduating from the National University of Singapore in 1988, Dr Low received training in KK Women's & Children's Hospital where she completed her Master of Medicine and became a member of The Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 1996 and a Fellow of Academy of Medicine, Singapore (O&G) in 1999.

As a Consultant in KK Hospital, Dr Low has experience in various aspects of O&G including Reproductive Medicine, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynaecology and Gynaecological Oncology.

She also has a special interest in Minimally Invasive (Laparoscopic) Surgery and Menopause management. She played a pivotal role in organizing the Menopause department in KK Hospital till she left institutional practice in 2003. Dr Low has been awarded with several Certificates of Service Commendation from KK Hospital and the Ministry of Health.
