Dr Lee Chung Horn has worked at Gleneagles Medical Centre from 2001. He is Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Singapore Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School. He has served in the leadership of the following professional medical bodies: Singapore Association for Study of Obesity, Chapter of Endocrinologists of the Singapore College of Physicians, Diabetic Society of Singapore, Endocrine and Metabolic Society of Singapore, Singapore Hypertension Society, among others. He also led the Health Ministry’s 2003 workgroup for formulating national clinical practice guidelines for diabetes mellitus. He has chaired, and served on, many pharmaceutical advisory boards for drug development.

He received postdoctoral training in diabetes at Joslin Diabetes Center and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Regionally, he is a well-known expert and speaker in his field of expertise.
